We store account information such as your email address, name, and sign-in identifiers; credit balances and transaction records; and generation prompts, settings, provider prediction identifiers, status, and output URLs. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card details. Prompts and generation parameters are sent to WaveSpeed to fulfill your request. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts.

Cloudflare hosts the service and D1 database and provides delivery, security, and optional email and human verification. Stripe processes payments. Google provides optional OAuth sign-in. WaveSpeed and its underlying AI providers process prompts and generate outputs. These providers may process data in other countries under their own policies. Provider-hosted output links may expire; download files you want to keep. We do not promise permanent file hosting or control third-party retention.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting contact@texttogif.com. When enabled, account deletion is available in the dashboard and removes your generation records and prompts from our database. Financial or audit records may be retained where required, and deleting your account does not automatically delete records held by independent third-party providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
